What makes a good leader ?

Last time when I looked after our garden, suddenly I became aware of what makes a good leader.

A good leader is like a good gardener.

A good gardener:

• chooses the suitable plants for his garden
• plants each plant to the right place
• takes care of each plant (waters, fertilizes, protects, supports, guides, weeds…)
• is aware about the responsibility he assumed

It is obvious, that the gardener cannot push or make the plants grow….
He just can take care of creating favorable conditions and environment to support the growth of the plants.

The result will be a beautiful healthy garden with magnificent fruits.
